We got a call from this customer on Monday morning saying they have no water coming from their faucets. We arrived within 30 minutes and had diagnosed that the well pump was shutting itself off on motor overload. The motor was over heating and the pump had to be pulled out. The pump was from 1998 and was also plugged solid with iron we determined this as soon we got the pump out of the well. The average life of a well pump is 12-15 years so this pump put its time in. The pump was set down 145 feet.
Well Pump Repair in Northford, CT
We installed a brand new stainless steel well pump with all new 12/2 (with ground) wire down the well. The 145 feet of piping was still in good shape and we were able to reuse it. We chlorinated the well for disinfection after doing the pump. The customer was happy and had water back within a couple hours of their initial phone call. Give Pump Logic a call today!!
